About me
I am a deeply compassionate and highly empathic licensed mental health counselor, living in southern Italy, with thirty years of experience. I have worked extensively with adolescents, adults, couples and families in crisis and transition. I have an eclectic style and use the approach I feel is best for you. I am a US military veteran and a global nomad, having lived in South Korea, Germany and Italy. I speak English and Italian fluently and I look forward to helping you on your healing journey.

My style is eclectic and based upon the needs and wants of you, the client. It is a relationship and together we will navigate the course to see what works best for you. I use humanistic psychology, family systems, mindfulness, relaxation, visualization, hypnotherapy, internal family systems, Gestalt, and psychodrama, among others. As each client is unique, my approach depends upon the person.
