My therapeutic approach is holistic, gathering different techniques and tools depending on each person, with an integrative perspective of the human being.
I combine:
* Psychodynamic Therapy
* elements of CBT, especially Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
* along with Mindfulness techniques
* and sometimes systemic perspective
* sometimes I use a humoristic perspective, in the sense of "Therapeutic Humor"
In an environment of listening, empathy and support, my aim is to form a therapeutic relationship of trust in order to help and create strategies to face critical life events, challenging situations and to promote self-knowledge, acceptance and resilience.
