I offer a reflective, person-centred space for expats, international students, and those navigating life transitions. You are welcome to speak at your own pace, even if things are not yet clear or easy to put into words.
I hold a Master’s degree in Developmental Psychopathology from the United Kingdom and have a strong interest in supporting people through emotional challenges and periods of change.
My background includes working with students navigating academic pressure, relationships, and questions about their future, as well as experience in a hospital rehabilitation setting supporting individuals coping with illness and recovery.
Having lived across cultures myself, I understand that starting over in a new environment can bring both opportunities and emotional complexity. Feelings such as uncertainty, self-doubt, or not quite belonging can be difficult to put into words, yet deeply impactful.
I feel particularly drawn to working with expats and international students, as well as anyone going through transitions or questioning their place, identity, or direction in life. I aim to offer a space where these experiences can be explored with care, at your own pace, and without judgment.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in person-centred and narrative perspectives.
I see counselling as a space where your experiences can be explored in a way that feels respectful and unhurried. Rather than focusing on “fixing” problems, I am interested in understanding how certain patterns, feelings, or stories have taken shape in your life, and whether there might be space for alternative ways of seeing and relating to them.
In our conversations, we may explore what feels difficult, what matters to you, and what has perhaps been overlooked or left unspoken. I aim to support you in reconnecting with your own sense of meaning, direction, and self-trust.
I work particularly well with people who are navigating life transitions, cultural adjustment, burnout, or questions around self-worth and identity. You do not need to have everything figured out before starting — we can begin wherever you are.
