I studied in Turin, Italy, where I got my degrees as a psychodynamic psychotherapist. I worked with children and parents, both in school and in my private practice. I lived three years in New York, worked as a Mental Health Counselor and attended the CAP program (Training in Child and Adolescent Psychotherapy) at IPTAR as an advanced candidate. As an expat myself, I could experience the challenges of living abroad and I am convinced that one can benefit from the support of a professional relationship with a therapist. My approach is based on creating a trusting and collaborative environment in which you can feel free to express yourself, to explore your thoughts and feelings, and to receive empathetic and active listening. The aim is to receive the help you need to live a more conscious and authentic life.
