About me

As a highly sensitive person, I have had to overcome many obstacles in my life. My path led me from studying science (biology, anthropology) to exploring the arts through music (piano) dance and classical singing to my vocation as a coach and therapist for individuals that struggle to express their potential.
Having seen the need for a more integral approach to supporting wounded individuals who are struggling with ostracism, bullying and low self-worth I decided to develop an my own method.

Approach

Treatment Approaches
Integrative therapy Recommended for those who prefer a flexible approach that combines different therapies to meet their unique needs.
Solution-focused therapyRecommended for those who want quick, practical solutions to their problems without focusing too much time on the past.
Somatic coachingRecommended for those who want to use body awareness and movement to release emotional tension and promote personal growth.
Let's explore your potential.
Trauma can bury our potential and often also our joy. I offer trauma-informed coaching and therapy.
I focus on supporting highly sensitive and high potential individuals to self-actualize, to find the courage to live according to their strengths and their unique gifts - body and soul. Expressing their talent in a way that benefits both themselves and those around them.
The basis of my approach is a systematic and integral approach that allows for co-creation between coach and client. Various trauma-informed methods such as Wingwave, Brainspotting, Embodied Processing, Tapping, Breathwork and Voicework are combined with a sound psychotherapeutic background to facilitate major changes in a gentle way.
