Approach

Treatment Approaches
CoachingRecommended for those who want support and motivation to achieve personal or professional goals, often with a structured, goal-oriented approach.
CounsellingRecommended for those who want to talk through their emotional challenges with a professional in a safe, supportive environment.

I hold an MSc in the Psychology and Neuroscience of Mental Health with King's College London with Distinction, and undergone a clinical internship in integrative counselling skills in Hanoi. My approach to therapy is client-centred, open and collaborative, and combines the wisdom and techniques from humanistic and psychoanalytic disciplines.

In my ongoing training I am pursuing registration with the British Psychoanalytic Council, and plan to begin a clinical doctorate in 2023.
