I strive for a holistic approach in therapy and counseling. In my sessions, I work in a resource-oriented, mindful manner, applying methods individually tailored to each person and their goals. I usually work with young adults and adults (20-49 years old), both male and female, and have recently started seeing clients who are a little older (65+), which has been a great success. Most of my clients seek help for depression, anxiety, traumatic events, compulsive disorders, or to find ways to manage stress, grief, sleep difficulties, and low self-esteem.
