🤝 My Counseling Style As an ACT-based counselor, I help you accept difficult thoughts and emotions without letting them control your life, while guiding you to connect with what truly matters to you and take meaningful steps forward. Together, we’ll explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors with mindfulness and self-compassion, helping you respond to stress, anxiety, or self-doubt in healthier ways.
📆 Session Frequency Weekly or bi-weekly sessions are recommended to start, with flexibility to adjust as you progress. We’ll work toward independence at your own pace, ending with a reflective closing session when you’re ready.
📃 Payment & Cancellation Sessions are privately paid and not covered by national health insurance. Please give at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations to avoid a full fee.
