My approach to therapy is a gentle yet dynamic form of solution-oriented talk therapy combined with body-centered practices like restorative yoga, EFT Emotional Freedom Technique, breath work, stretching, qi gong, mindfulness, music, and imagery.
As talk therapy alone has its limitations I have found that the right blend of creative approaches, brings the best results.
Sessions can be booked when a need arises as my approach fits well the busy individual who prefers not to commit to a long-term therapy style.
