About me

Hi there, I´m Julia an English-speaking integrative mind-body therapist, working with clients globally through online practice. My focus is on Post Traumatic Growth. Turning life's toughest experiences into Your most valuable source of empowerment and psychological strength. My integrative therapy could be for you if: *You are not a big fan of talking a lot about what has happened or feel like it is difficult to put your feelings into words. We can use yoga, writing, music, and art to channel our inner feelings as well instead of talking. *You are looking for self-soothing methods for anxiety *You love practical to the point & solution-oriented approach *You enjoy the mix of restorative yoga + talk therapy *You prefer to be in contact with a therapist when a need arises *You are looking for a nonjudgmental open-minded therapist who has wide experience with working with individuals from various cultures *Privacy is a big issue for you and you prefer a minimal digital footprint that will not compromise your identity and the issues you share in therapy. Because my style of therapy is heavily based on mind-body work I do not compile a detailed file on anyone. I myself am no stranger to healing my own emotional wounds through various methods including yoga and tapping. My own experiences (as well as extensive research) have confirmed that it is vital to include body-centered methods in the healing process if we wish to heal completely and get rid of the emotional wounds that our body stores. What I know for sure is that everyone has the ability to regain balance and peace in their lives they need no matter what the circumstance. It’s all about making time for self-care. My approach to therapy is a gentle yet dynamic form of solution-oriented talk therapy combined with body-centered practices like restorative yoga, EFT Emotional Freedom Technique, breath work, stretching, qi gong, mindfulness, music, and imagery. As talk therapy alone has its limitations I have found that the right blend of creative approaches, brings the best results. Sessions can be booked when a need arises as my approach fits well the busy individual who prefers not to commit to a long-term therapy style.
