I support emotionally aware women, men and couples in moving beyond recurring relationship patterns, disconnection and self-criticism, and cultivating relationships rooted in safety, intimacy and conscious pleasure.
I’m a therapeutic relationship coach and sexology-informed practitioner with over 15 years of experience supporting individuals and couples in the areas of dating, relationships, intimacy, and sexuality.
Many of the people I work with are emotionally aware, capable, and deeply reflective — yet still find themselves stuck in recurring relationship patterns, emotional disconnection, anxiety in intimacy, loss of desire, or difficulty expressing their needs and boundaries.
My work is grounded in the understanding that relationship struggles are rarely just about communication or compatibility alone. Often, deeper attachment patterns, nervous system responses, relational conditioning, and protective strategies shape how we connect, date, love, and experience intimacy.
Together, we slow things down and explore what may be happening beneath the surface with curiosity, honesty, and compassion.
My approach combines therapeutic relationship coaching, attachment-informed work, mindfulness, practical dating insight, and sexology-informed support. I am particularly interested in the connection between emotional safety, desire, authentic self-expression, and conscious relationships.
This work is not about perfection or “fixing” yourself.
It is about developing deeper self-awareness, healthier relational patterns, greater emotional freedom, and relationships that feel more grounded, honest, connected, and alive.
I work with individuals and couples online via video sessions.

I aim to create a space where clients feel emotionally safe enough to slow down, reflect honestly, and explore their experiences without judgement.
My style is warm, collaborative, grounded, and direct when needed. I work relationally rather than from a rigid “expert” position, and I encourage curiosity, emotional honesty, and deeper self-understanding throughout the process.
Depending on the client’s situation, our work may explore:
I often integrate reflective exercises, mindfulness-based practices, and practical tools between sessions to help clients deepen the process in everyday life.
Many clients find that this work helps them not only understand their patterns more clearly, but also begin relating to themselves and others in new ways.
I have worked with individuals and couples in the fields of dating, relationships, and intimacy for over 15 years.
My background includes extensive experience within the London matchmaking and relationship coaching industry, where I supported hundreds of clients through dating, relationship challenges, emotional patterns, and personal growth.
Over time, my work naturally evolved towards a more therapeutic and attachment-informed approach, leading me to further training in sexuality counselling, relationship psychology, mindfulness, and relational dynamics.
Today, my practice integrates practical dating and relationship expertise with deeper therapeutic understanding around attachment, emotional safety, intimacy, sexuality, and conscious connection.
I am also a board member (2026–2028) of Valve ry, a Finnish organisation promoting inclusive and diverse sex education.
