My therapeutic approach combines somatic awareness, relational therapy, and evidence-informed methods to support clients in understanding their bodies, desires, and relational patterns. I believe that sexual and relational challenges are often shaped by both psychological and physiological factors, and I work with clients to explore these layers.
I use a client-led, collaborative framework, allowing each person to guide the pace and focus of therapy. Sessions may involve conversation, structured communication exercises, somatic practices, breathwork, and body-based tools to enhance awareness, emotional regulation, and relational skills. My methods draw from somatic sexology, relational therapy, CBT, polyvagal theory, trauma-informed approaches, and body-based practices, tailored to each client’s needs and goals.
I work with individuals, couples, and ethical non-monogamous relationships navigating desire discrepancy, intimacy and sexual challenges, shame, people-pleasing patterns, jealousy, or communication difficulties. My aim is to help clients develop greater clarity, agency, and connection—both with themselves and with their partners.
I create a judgment-free, inclusive, and confidential space where clients can explore sensitive topics safely. By integrating practical tools, relational insight, and somatic awareness, I help clients navigate complex relational and sexual challenges, improve communication, and cultivate more fulfilling intimacy.
