I'm a registered art therapist and counsellor committed to helping individuals thrive through creative expression. My background includes a Master's degree in Art Therapy and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, providing a strong foundation in mental health and client-centred care.
My approach to client-centred care is profoundly shaped by my formative experiences working, studying, and living in Taiwan, the Netherlands, and Australia. These diverse environments have given me a deep understanding of the feelings associated with transitioning and settling into new surroundings. Therefore, I'm here to provide a space for you to explore your emotions towards chaos and reconnect with your inner self in the art-making process.
I'm particularly passionate about supporting people from multicultural backgrounds, specialising in people impacted by trauma and people with emotional challenges. My aim is to create a safe, empathetic space where you can explore feelings and build resilience through creative expression. Together, we'll tailor a unique therapeutic journey to unlock strengths, develop coping skills, and foster lasting emotional well-being and growth.
