With over nine years of experience as a therapist and psychologist, I have had the privilege of working across a broad range of settings, supporting individuals through some of life’s most complex emotional and psychological challenges. My work encompasses relationship counseling, behavior modification, trauma recovery, self-esteem building, life transition support, cognitive therapy, and mediation. I am proficient in multiple therapeutic modalities, including play therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and family systems therapy.
Throughout my career, I’ve worked with both children and adults from diverse cultural backgrounds, each presenting with unique stories, needs, and conditions. My strength lies in my ability to adapt my approach to suit each individual, fostering a safe, respectful, and empowering therapeutic environment. I am particularly passionate about giving voice to young people and place a strong emphasis on collaboration with families and support systems.
Clients often describe me as a compassionate and intuitive listener—someone who makes them feel truly heard and understood. I take pride in building strong therapeutic relationships, as I believe trust and empathy are foundational to meaningful progress and healing.
In addition to my clinical work, I am the author of Keeping It Together in a Crazy and Uncertain World—a three-part series promoting positive mental health and resilience among children, teens, and adults, currently available on Amazon. I also contributed as a co-author to the published chapter Psychological Trauma and Stress from the COVID-19 Pandemic: Effects on Mental Health.
My work is more than a profession—it’s a calling. I find deep fulfillment in helping others navigate life’s challenges and discover their own strength and resilience.
