I am a qualified Clinical Psychologist with a specialized background in Psychodynamic and Existential Psychotherapy. My passion has always been to explore the deeper connections and meanings underlying our daily anxieties and relational dynamics. This curiosity inspired me to pursue a master’s degree with a focus on the Psychodynamic approach, providing me with a profound understanding of the complexities of one’s personal journey.
However, my exploration didn’t stop there. Questions about broader existential themes—our place in the world, the inevitability of death, and living with uncertainty—compelled me to delve deeper into the philosophical dimensions of human experience. To enhance my understanding, I completed a two-year training program at the Existential Academy of Istanbul, enriching my practice with insights from Existential Psychotherapy.
Through this dual perspective, I aim to provide a therapeutic space where clients can navigate both their internal struggles and larger existential questions, fostering a sense of clarity, meaning, and growth.
If you are looking for understanding yourself from a deeper perspective, I think we can work together
