Every psychotherapy process is unique, and I adapt my approach to the needs of each individual. I work within a Lacanian psychoanalytic framework, offering a non-judgmental space where you can speak freely and reflect on your personal history as well as your perspective on life choices.
In my approach, I listen closely to your experiences, your words, and the themes that emerge in your speech. By attending to these in our sessions, you can begin to uncover the unconscious mechanisms that shape the logic behind your suffering—often expressed through repeating patterns and symptoms in your life. In other words, our aim is for you to hear yourself in a new way, so that you can shift your perspective, strengthen your relationship with yourself, and find the courage to follow your own desire.
In Lacanian psychoanalysis, sessions do not have a fixed length. When a crucial moment emerges, it is often considered the right time to conclude the session. This helps create space for you to reflect on what has been said and to form new associations, allowing the process to remain fruitful and engaging.
