About me
Received Bachelor's degree in Psychology and MA degree in Clinical psychology from Boğaziçi University, one of the highest-ranking university in Turkey.
While receiving psychoanalytically informed training to become a therapist, he also received couple's therapy training in Imago Relationship Therapy modality for which he received certification after supervision process in 2020. He and his colleagues worked on building Imago Relationships Association Turkey, which was established in 2022.
He started his private practice in 2020 and working in his office since.

With individuals, I use psychoanalytic theory and technique in 45-minutes sessions to understand the difficulties one is facing and try to convey the understanding of how one's mind work in relation to one's self and others.
With couples, while using psychoanalytic theory to understand some of the problems they bring, my main focus is to improve the wellbeing of the relationship by using a structured communication method (i.e. Imago Relationship Therapy Approach) between partners in 90-minutes sessions. What I also aim is to make this tool available for the couple outside the therapy room.
