I enjoy working with existentialist and psychodynamic approaches. In addition to long-term existential, psychodynamic therapies, I also engage in brief solution-focused work using ACT ( Acceptation and Commitment Therapy).
We create a roadmap together based on each client’s needs and priorities. You bring whatever you want to our sessions and let’s discover what unfolds afterward. Rather than battling with stress and difficulties we will discuss the underlying causes. Over time, we will experience transformation.
