I started my journey with cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) in 2016, and it has been an integral part of my therapeutic approach ever since. My goal as a CBT therapist is to help individuals see the connections between their thoughts, emotions and behaviors and challenge the unhelpful patterns of thinking and behaving that keep their problems going. I've also trained in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy which is a third wave CBT therapy. I specialize in generalized anxiety disorder, panic disorder, social anxiety disorder, specific phobias, health anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder and anger management.
