I’m a clinical psychologist (M.A.) and psychotherapist working with adults since 2021. I support individuals who are living abroad, navigating cultural transitions, relationship challenges, and high-performance environments.
Living in a new country can be exciting yet overwhelming — loneliness, identity shifts, burnout, and relationship stress often show up at the same time. My approach focuses on understanding these emotional layers without judgment and helping you build clarity and stability in your daily life.
I use a psychodynamic and relational psychoanalysis approach. In our work, we explore: -relational patterns and interpersonal dynamics -perfectionism and self-critical tendencies -migration-related stress and identity challenges -internalized shame, self-esteem, and inner conflicts -burnout, anxiety, and emotional overwhelm -transitions, including career changes, relocation, or separation.
I pay attention to transferential processes, the repetition of relational themes, and the interplay between conscious and unconscious experience. My work is reflective, structured, and focused on fostering insight into unconscious patterns and relational dynamics.
