Hello. I am Cansu, a clinical psychologist and couple and family therapist who works with individuals, couples, and families. I graduated from Koc University with a psychology bachelor's degree. Then I completed my master's at Okan University and Ozyegin University with clinical psychology and couple and family therapy (which has been accredited by IFTA) degrees. I have completed the cognitive-behavioral therapy training (accredited by EABCT), individual schema therapy international foundational training (accredited by ISST), and the foundational emotionally focused couple therapy training (accredited by ICEEFT).
I use a systemic approach with individuals, couples, and families which consists of various systemic approaches and methods (not limited to but including) such as solution-focused, internal family systems (IFS), cognitive-behavioral (CBT), emotion focused (EFT), and the Gottman method. I also like to use techniques from the schema therapy approach when working with individuals. The approach or techniques I use depend on the needs and wishes of the client/s.
