When pain feels heard and understood, it softens, and in that space, creativity can emerge. I am here to hear your pain and accompany your journey of creating a more fulfilling life.
I am a Psychoanalytic Psychotherapist based in Istanbul. In my work, I mainly focus on exploring the unconscious dimensions of the inner world. I believe in each person’s creative potential and support them in integrating the different — and sometimes conflicting — parts of themselves.
I offer both online and in-person sessions for adults from diverse backgrounds, in Turkish and English.
My theoretical orientation is mainly psychoanalytic. From this perspective, healing becomes possible as we gain deeper insight into the unconscious parts of ourselves and our story, in the presence of a supportive other.
In my practice, I aim to create a non-judgmental and empathic space where you can express yourself freely.
Psychotherapy of any kind should be grounded in ethical principles and respect. Within this framework, I work with adults from diverse backgrounds and identities.
