My therapeutic style is relational, reflective, and grounded in the belief that lasting change occurs not through advice or quick fixes, but through insight, emotional presence, and the working through in the therapeutic process.
In psychodynamic psychotherapy, unconscious processes are be safely explored and understood. Drawing from psychoanalytic theory, I pay close attention to early relational experiences, internalized object relations, and how these shape current emotional and interpersonal patterns.
Rather than focusing solely on symptom relief, therapy becomes a space to engage with deeper layers of the self — particularly through the exploration of transference and countertransference within the therapeutic relationship. I view this relationship as a vital medium through which unconscious material is enacted, experienced, and ultimately worked through.
