Change often begins with something very simple: noticing what is actually happening right now.
My journey has taken me through a variety of multicultural environments, from working as a bartender in a five-star hotel in Dubai to playing music on the streets of Israel. I’ve had the chance to witness many different ways of living and thinking. Yet I’ve repeatedly seen that people everywhere share similar questions: how to live authentically, how to feel at home within ourselves, and how to build meaningful relationships with others.
These observations naturally led me toward psychology and therapeutic work. Today, I support clients working through anxiety, burnout, self-esteem challenges, addictions, procrastination, perfectionism, limiting beliefs, adaptation to new life circumstances, and relationship difficulties. In my work, I integrate mindfulness practices and body awareness to support deeper contact with emotions and personal experience.
My own path includes more than six years of Vipassana meditation, over four years of Kundalini yoga, and experience with Authentic Movement developed by Mary Starks Whitehouse. These disciplines strengthen my presence and attentiveness in sessions and support my ability to hold a safe, supportive, loving, and accepting therapeutic space.
I have more than two years of practical experience in individual counseling as well as experience facilitating group meetings. My earlier professional experiences in international environments shaped my flexibility, empathy, and sensitivity to different cultural and personal contexts.
Gestalt therapy focuses on increasing awareness of thoughts, emotions, bodily sensations, and patterns of behavior. I believe that meaningful change begins with awareness — when we begin to notice how we relate to ourselves, others, and the situations in our lives.
In our sessions, I explore my client's experiences openly and at their own pace. Rather than focusing only on analyzing problems, we pay attention to what is happening in the present moment: what you feel, think, and experience here and now. This allows us to better understand internal conflicts, recurring patterns, and unmet needs.
I see therapy as a collaborative process. I do not position myself as someone who gives ready-made answers. Instead, I support clients in developing their own awareness, discovering personal resources, and finding authentic ways of responding to life’s challenges.
Depending on the client’s needs, we may explore emotional experiences, relationship dynamics, internal dialogue, and limiting beliefs that influence everyday life. I also integrate elements of mindfulness and body awareness into the process, as they can help clients reconnect with their experience and notice subtle emotional and physical signals that often remain outside of conscious attention.
My goal is to help clients build a deeper understanding of themselves, develop greater self-support, and create more flexibility and choice in how they respond to life situations. Over time, this process can support greater emotional balance, authenticity, and a more satisfying relationship with oneself and others.
