I am a Greek-English speaking Psychologist from Greece. I have studied and lived abroad for many years (UK & Berlin), which I consider a unique experience in life since it enabled me to explore and appreciate peoples' diversity.
Before deciding to study Psychology and build my own practice, I wandered through other paths and fields such as literature, arts, creative writing and filming. Although I realized that these paths represent an integral part of myself, they seemed not to be the ones that would lead to a fecund place where my own reflections would find a boundless of existence. So, through immersing myself into the therapeutic journey of my own, I found 'my place' where exploration as a process is continuous. In a sense, this process is retrospective and relational. How we relate with the world from early life, has a significant impact to where we find ourselves in the present and how we imagine the future. Therapy is a vehicle by which we are crossing the unconscious and conscious landscape of our experiential world by making sense of it together.
My practice includes two spaces, the physical (in-person) and the virtual one. The physical practice is located at Kifisia, a northern suburb of Athens near a park and accessible by various means of transportation. In the virtual space where online sessions occur, you will be also welcomed also by Alma, Milk and Biscotte (the lovely dog and cats).
