Therapist helping with stress, self-esteem & building interpersonal relationship skills.
I work with adults who feel overwhelmed by stress, self-criticism, or major life changes—especially those navigating academic pressures, work challenges, relationship difficulties, or living abroad.
My therapeutic style is warm, human, and collaborative. I use evidence-based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to help you clarify your thoughts, understand emotional patterns, and make practical changes that support your well-being.
Alongside CBT, I can integrate mindfulness, meditation, and spiritually informed perspectives if you feel drawn to a deeper or more holistic approach. These methods are always optional and client-led.
I believe therapy should feel like a safe space—free of judgment, pressure, or expectation. My priority is your well-being, not quick fixes. We go at your pace, focusing on tools that genuinely fit your life and personality.
I work both in English and Lithuanian, and I have personal experience living abroad, which helps me understand the emotional challenges of expat life, cultural transitions, and feelings of disconnection.
If you’re looking for gentle, structured, and practical support to feel more grounded and confident in yourself, I’m here to help you take that next step.
I worked at a rehabilitation center in Thailand, supporting clients through an integrative approach combining CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and holistic practices such as yoga, meditation, sound healing, and TRE. I worked individually on relapse prevention, led daily meditation and gratitude practices, organized psychoeducational sessions on stress, anxiety, and goal-setting, and supported social skills and community engagement. My focus is helping clients build resilience, self-awareness, and practical tools for lasting change.
