I'm a bilingual psychologist who started practicing in 2021. I use third-wave CBT approaches in my work because I am passionate about everything evidence-based.
My interests are photography, traveling, knitting, video games, swimming, jigsaw puzzles, board games, badminton, manga and anime, music, history, and movies. I consider myself a geek :)
I currently live in Slovenia with my husband and our cat.
My passion is third-wave CBT approaches, which I combine in my work. I believe that CBT works best with anxiety issues, personality, and eating disorders. I myself have a general anxiety disorder and recurring depression, which CBT helps me successfully overcome. This experience is exactly why I decided to become a therapist myself.
One of the areas of my expertise is cPTSD and trauma in general which I also work with using CBT and a little bit of Gestalt.
My work also spreads outside office walls with phototherapy that helps with body image issues, self-esteem issues, and so on.
I believe that the most important thing in therapy is the relationship between a therapist and a client. So I do my best to create a safe, trustful, and gentle environment where you can just be yourself, and feel validated, without any judgment.
