Many people come to me at a point where they're facing a decision—especially regarding career, education, or life direction. Often, they've already spent a lot of time thinking, weighing options, and having conversations. Despite this, the feeling remains: I'm stuck.
I support people between the ages of 25 and 55 who sense that something needs to change—for example, if their current job no longer feels right, a career change is on the cards, or they're questioning their purpose in life.
Decisions can trigger significant uncertainty. At the same time, they can be a powerful starting point for personal growth. In my work, I support people in rediscovering their own sense of direction and developing confidence in their decisions.
My professional background as a social worker and psychological counselor has allowed me to work with people in developmental phases, crises, and reorientations for many years. It has become clear time and again that when people begin to make conscious decisions and take responsibility for their own path, not only does a single situation change, but often their entire outlook on life.
Today, I support people, especially during phases of career reorientation and decision-making. The goal of our work is for you to take your next step not out of fear or pressure, but from inner clarity.
