Approach

Treatment Approaches
Group therapyRecommended for those who want to work through their challenges in a supportive group setting and learn from others who share similar experiences.
PsychoanalysisRecommended for those who want to explore how their unconscious mind and early experiences affect their current behaviors and feelings.

My main method of work is psychoanalysis. Psychoanalysis - it is a part of psychology that deals with resolving internal conflicts through understanding one's inner world. Psychoanalysis is considered to be a deep direction in psychology, which gives the highest quality and stable results. Why do people turn to a psychoanalyst: the desire to better understand themselves (their motives, feelings, actions), change themselves, improve the quality of their lives, get rid of disturbing symptoms.
