I have been searching for a systematic recipe for a harmonious life that has worked for me all my life. I started developing as a person first as a financier, and in 8 years, I almost burned myself out. Along the way, I was engaged in sports and self-development courses.
Later, at work, there was an opportunity to switch to project management, and a colleague recommended trying psychotherapy to better cope with the difficulties of relations with colleagues. It started to help me, and I continue to meticulously supplement the picture of world perception and check it in practice, which makes my life comfortable.
I have a broad outlook, interested in cinema, physics, philosophy, art, and poetry. I regularly undergo personal psychotherapy, group classes, and all recommended and additional training formats on an ongoing basis. It has been four years of focused studying and I am continuing.
