Clients often say they feel both deeply seen and gently stretched in our work together. I listen beyond the words — noticing emotional patterns, unspoken tensions, and the stories that shape how you move through the world. My questions open new perspectives; my reflections bring clarity to what may be hidden in the everyday rush. What distinguishes me from many therapists is my dual professional identity. Before becoming a psychotherapist, I spent over 17 years as a senior corporate executive. I understand the reality of leadership from the inside: the pressure to deliver, the complexity of relationships, the responsibility, and the loneliness that often comes with it. This allows me to bring not only warmth and insight, but also structure, strategic thinking, and accountability — a combination my clients find rare and highly effective. I never stop learning. Alongside my coaching certification and years of clinical practice, I hold a diploma in psychotherapy (Gestalt and psychodynamic approaches), a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology, and a PhD in Philosophy. I regularly engage in supervision, peer practice, and advanced professional development. Most recently, I completed an executive program in advanced coaching at INSEAD, one of the world’s leading business schools. This unique blend of psychological depth, philosophical rigor, and real-world leadership experience allows me to support clients in a way that is both compassionate and transformative — grounded in humanity, and focused on meaningful change.
