• Inner Resilience: Finding the strength and the specific pathways to turn those desires into reality;
• Navigating Obstacles: Learning how to engage with—rather than just react to—the internal and external hurdles you encounter.

В работе мы вместе исследуем:

• Как выстраивать живые, поддерживающие отношения с партнером, с детьми, родителями;
• Как быть в близости, не растворяясь, оставаясь в контакте и с собой, и с другим;
• Поиск личных смыслов в периоды кризисов и неопределенности — когда старые ориентиры уже не работают, а новые еще не найдены;
• Вернуть вкус к жизни через право быть собой;
• Выявить свои «теневые» чувства: обнаружить свою злость, зависть или бессилие и направить их в рост;
• Обнаружить, что стоит за прокрастинацией, частой сменой настроения, тревожностью, навязчивыми мыслями;
• Как обрести устойчивость: проживать кризисы и перемены (переезд, смена работы, утрата, расставание).
