For me, one of the greatest privileges in life is being a catalyst for positive change in another person’s life. I truly believe that each of us already has the inner resources needed to overcome difficulties, find answers to important questions, and move toward the life we desire. My role as a psychologist is to help you reconnect with this inner resource, hear yourself more clearly, and discover new possibilities for living.
I have been working with people for over 10 years, and for me this is not just a profession, but a vocation that genuinely inspires me. I hold a Master’s degree in Psychology, which is my second higher education degree. For the past five years, I have been training in Gestalt therapy, gaining deep and practical tools for working with a wide range of life challenges. I have also completed a specialization in clinical psychology, which allows me to understand and work professionally with more complex psychological processes. In parallel, I practice a trauma-focused method, the RTM protocol (Reconsolidation of Traumatic Memories), which is an effective approach for reducing PTSD symptoms.
I work with both Ukrainian-speaking and English-speaking clients. In my practice, I combine warmth, professional competence, and a genuine belief in your inner strength.
