For me, one of the greatest privileges in life is being a catalyst for positive change in another person’s life. I truly believe that each of us already has the inner resources needed to overcome difficulties, find answers to important questions, and move toward the life we desire. My role as a psychologist is to help you reconnect with this inner resource, hear yourself more clearly, and discover new possibilities for living. I have been working with people for over 10 years, and for me this is not just a profession, but a vocation that genuinely inspires me. I hold a Master’s degree in Psychology, which is my second higher education degree. For the past five years, I have been training in Gestalt therapy, gaining deep and practical tools for working with a wide range of life challenges. I have also completed a specialization in clinical psychology, which allows me to understand and work professionally with more complex psychological processes. In parallel, I practice a trauma-focused method, the RTM protocol (Reconsolidation of Traumatic Memories), which is an effective approach for reducing PTSD symptoms. I work with both Ukrainian-speaking and English-speaking clients. In my practice, I combine warmth, professional competence, and a genuine belief in your inner strength.
My approach to psychotherapy is a combination of depth, professional competence, and a genuine belief in the person. I work within Gestalt therapy, which helps individuals restore a sense of wholeness and establish authentic contact with themselves. This approach allows not only for a deeper understanding of one’s emotions, needs, and inner conflicts, but also for learning how to build more alive, meaningful, and harmonious relationships with others. At the same time, my work is grounded in clinical psychology, which enables me to see the therapeutic process more deeply, recognize complex psychological states, and work with them in a professional and safe way. When working with traumatic experiences, I use the RTM protocol, a modern evidence-based method that effectively reduces PTSD symptoms and helps restore a sense of inner freedom. I would describe my approach as follows: • Gentle — I work at your pace, respecting your readiness and personal boundaries. • Caring — I create a space where you can be yourself without fear of judgment. • Effective — by integrating different methods, you achieve tangible results and begin to notice real changes in your life.
