I’m passionate about the inner world — how shifts in perception, deep listening, and embodied presence can lead to profound healing and personal transformation. I believe that much of our suffering stems from disconnection: from ourselves, from others, and from our own needs. My journey into therapy began with a deep curiosity about what it means to live a meaningful, authentic life.
With a background in mindfulness and meditation, I bring both psychological insight and a contemplative presence into the therapeutic space. I support clients in slowing down, reconnecting with themselves, and becoming more aware of how their patterns shape their experience. My intention is to hold a space where healing, realisation, and change become possible — not by fixing who we are, but by meeting ourselves fully.
