I use proven, evidence-based methods to guide you through life’s darkest moments. As a crisis psychologist, I blend acceptance, analysis, and understanding, offering a safe space where your story is heard and valued.
I am Veronika, a crisis psychologist with a Master’s degree and experience in CBT, Emotional Imagery Therapy, psychoanalysis, and psychosomatic. Psychology for me is both growth and a way to help others transform their lives. Alongside counseling, I gained experience in the pharmaceutical business, achieving the goals I set for myself. I am passionate about psychology because it allows me to grow continuously while helping others. I love sports, fly yoga, traveling, and exploring new knowledge. Having gone through personal crises, I believe that a crisis is not an end—it is a transformation and the beginning of a new path.
My approach is grounded in acceptance, respect for the client's inner world, and emotional support during moments of vulnerability. I believe that even the most painful crisis can be a starting point for transformation. Usually, I use CBT and EFT
As a crisis psychologist, I work with a wide range of personal, family, and professional challenges. My clients often seek support for anxiety, depressive states, overwhelming emotions, life transitions, midlife crises, parental and parent-child relationship issues, first-year marriage challenges, professional burnout, existential crises, and situations where one feels a loss of meaning in life. I also support individuals in processing trauma, including childhood and adult experiences, and provide guidance to military personnel navigating the emotional pressures of service. Using evidence-based methods such as CBT, psychosomatics, psychoanalysis, and Emotionally Imagery Therapy, I create a safe and compassionate space where clients can process their experiences, find clarity, and build resilience.
I am a licensed psychologist with a Master’s degree in crisis and extreme psychology from Kyiv Borys Grinchenko University. I studied CBT, psychosomatic, and psychoanalysis at the International Institute of Psychology, and I am currently training in Emotionally Imagery Therapy.
