As a crisis psychologist, I work with a wide range of personal, family, and professional challenges.
My clients often seek support for anxiety, depressive states, overwhelming emotions, life transitions, midlife crises, parental and parent-child relationship issues, first-year marriage challenges, professional burnout, existential crises, and situations where one feels a loss of meaning in life. I also support individuals in processing trauma, including childhood and adult experiences, and provide guidance to military personnel navigating the emotional pressures of service.
Using evidence-based methods such as CBT, psychosomatics, psychoanalysis, and Emotionally Imagery Therapy, I create a safe and compassionate space where clients can process their experiences, find clarity, and build resilience.
