Hello! My name is Dasha. I’m a certified psychologist and a graduate of the Clinical Department at Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv. I completed my practical training at a neuropsychiatric hospital. My foundational training is in the client-centered approach, and I’m currently deepening my expertise in Gestalt therapy while completing a specialization in working with crisis states and trauma.
Over the past two years, apart from my private practice, I’ve been collaborating with NGO organizations, providing psychological support to journalists and media professionals who report from war zones, as well as to family members of prisoners of war. I help people explore ways to cope with stress, uncertainty, and emotional exhaustion. I also have experience working with military personnel.
In my work, I rely on this belief: where there is interest, there will be a way. So together with my clients, we nurture interest, first and foremost, in oneself, in one’s own nature, and then we look at how to organize life in a way that feels meaningful, supportive, and vital.
I encourage the courage to not know what is “right,” to acknowledge confusion, to explore, to ask questions, to seek answers, and then to try something new. Because what distinguishes the living from the non-living? The living can change, transform, adapt, and evolve. Let’s nurture the living within ourselves.
I don’t know more about you than you do, but I do know that searching together is often more interesting and allows us to see more. This journey toward oneself can sometimes feel very lonely, so I invite you to share it with me in therapy.
My work is grounded in the client-centered and Gestalt approaches, humanistic traditions that view every person as inherently whole, capable of growth, and worthy of understanding. I see therapy as a collaborative and living process: not about fixing or diagnosing, but about discovering, feeling, and learning new ways of being in relationship with yourself and the world.
In sessions, I offer a space that is warm, safe, and supportive, yet also honest and alive. Together, we explore your experiences, thoughts, feelings, body sensations, and patterns with curiosity and respect. My role is to be fully present with you, to notice what emerges between us, and to help you connect more deeply with yourself.
I often work with people who experience high stress, emotional exhaustion, uncertainty, or the impact of traumatic events, including those related to war, crisis, or loss. My goal is not only to help manage these states but to support you in finding meaning, stability, and vitality even in difficult circumstances.
I believe that healing begins when we are seen and heard, when our stories are met with empathy rather than judgment. Through genuine connection, gentle awareness, and small steps toward change, new possibilities begin to appear.
My tools are interest, trust, compassion, and presence. I don’t offer ready-made answers, but I stay with you in the questions, helping you recognize your own resources and wisdom. I value honesty, vulnerability, and the courage to face both what hurts and what gives life.
I believe that therapy can be a space where you reconnect with what feels alive within you, where you can safely explore, grieve, rest, and grow at your own pace.
