My therapeutic approach combines psychodynamic (depth-oriented) insight, cognitive-behavioral techniques, mindfulness, body awareness, and guided visualization. I believe meaningful change happens when thoughts, emotions, and intuition come together – with compassion and clarity.
For more than 10 years, I’ve supported people through life transitions, identity work, emotional blocks, self-worth challenges, and the search for joy, meaning, and direction.
Outside of therapy, I work independently as a visual artist. If you’re navigating questions around creativity, self-employment, or alternative ways of living, I’m happy to share from my own path as well.
