I've always been fascinated by the way people connect with each other, and how those connections affect the way each of us think, feel and act. That was my main motivation when studying psychology, and why I took a master's degree in Systemic Clinical and Health Psychology. My main goal is to help people navigate their relationships and their feelings, in a way that builds resilience, self-esteem and autonomy.
My therapeutic approach is mainly rooted in Systemic Therapy and is person-centered. In practice, that means I value exploring relationships, namely family dynamics, and am interested in the way other environmental factors impact my clients' life, while working collaboratively with them throughout the whole process. In my practice, I strive to offer my client a safe, compassionate and understading environment, where they will feel, not only seen and heard, but also challenged.
