I describe myself as an integrative psychologist with a psychoanalytic background.
For me, the important thing is to design the environment according to the patient in front of me. In other words, each person is different, and I feel responsible for creating the best space for my patient.
Most of my sessions last between 45 and 60 minutes, depending on the topic we are discussing and when we both agree that the session is over. This means that they can also be longer if necessary.
We can work with writing and reading exercises, which I find to be a good way to continue with the topics that are usually discussed in therapy during the days leading up to the next session.
I am open to receiving ideas and activities from patients that may help make the space more comfortable for them.
