Before opening my private practice in 2024, I worked with patients in three different healthcare institutions, for instance in the acute mental health unit and rehab departments of a clinic. Today, I offer sessions both in person and via video call, making support accessible whether you're nearby or living abroad. Having lived in six different countries, I understand the unique experiences and emotional landscape of expat life — the sense of adventure, but also the isolation, identity shifts, and culture shock that can come with it. These experiences have shaped who I am, both personally and professionally, and allow me to connect deeply with clients facing similar transitions. I therefore offer therapy in French, English, and German, and bring a multicultural sensitivity to each session. At the heart of my work lies a belief that psychology, spirituality, and art are powerful pathways to discovering who we truly are.
Therapy works best when you feel truly heard, respected, and supported. My first priority is creating a safe, trusting space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions without judgment. Using nonviolent communication, I ensure our conversations are compassionate and collaborative—because healing begins with feeling understood. Together, we’ll clarify your goals — whether it’s overcoming anxiety, improving relationships, or finding deeper meaning — and tailor an approach that fits your unique needs. Drawing from integrative psychology, I blend an evidence-based method like cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) with psychodynamics and systemic techniques, adapting to what works best for you.
