About me
I practice an empathic and non-judgemental approach to well-being. With emphasis on relationships and unique characteristics of resilience to support thriving in even the most adverse conditions.
As a systemic psychotherapist I approach my work with couples, families and individuals from a place of compassion and understanding. In Sessions we will explore the context and relationships that surround a problem, gathering knowledge of what fosters resilience and encourage change where appropriate. I use a combination of attachment, narrative, and emotion focused techniques. My approach is trauma informed and appropriate for complex trauma, PTSD, family and relationship conflicts and substance abuse.
I work both in-person and online in both English (native) and Greek.
