I work with bottom-up techniques, starting from the body and the sensorial experience. Creating a safe space for what wants to manifest, welcoming all states, integrating the full spectrum of experience, we transcend the binary, unlearning and learning on our way to healing. It's not necessary to work with sound in the traditional sense. During sessions, we will practice deep listening together and use gestalt therapy techniques as well as voice and breathwork, meditation, and trauma awareness techniques to boost proprioception and awareness and organically replace and reorganize our inner ecosystem and current coping strategies towards a sustainable balance.
