About me
With a degree in Clinical and Health Psychology, I live in Lisbon, where I work both online and in person. Committed to individual growth through relationship and emotional connection, I focus on the prevention and promotion of a full and healthy life from a mental health perspective. The social field is also part of my journey. I maintain an active role in supporting those who are socially disadvantaged and vulnerable. I also value culture, and its diversity is, for me, a source of richness and deep interest.

I seek to establish a spontaneous and creative therapeutic relationship. For me, empathy is the foundational tool for personal growth. I see each person as unique and approach them with hope, supporting their emotional transformation. I am particularly interested in the different stages of life and their transitions, such as adolescence, motherhood and fatherhood, divorce, life changes, and all those moments that involve growth through crisis.
