With a degree in Clinical and Health Psychology, I live in Lisbon, where I work both online and in person.
Committed to individual growth through relationship and emotional connection, I focus on the prevention and promotion of a full and healthy life from a mental health perspective.
The social field is also part of my journey. I maintain an active role in supporting those who are socially disadvantaged and vulnerable.
