My academic background and clinical experience have deepened my commitment to thoughtful, relationally grounded psychological work. In my practice, I draw on a psychodynamic approach, informed by psychodynamic theory and psychoanalytic principles, to help clients explore the emotional and relational patterns that shape their inner worlds and behavior. I work with a range of difficulties, including anxiety, depression, trauma‑related symptoms (such as PTSD), obsessive‑compulsive patterns, eating‑related concerns, and challenges associated with identity and interpersonal functioning. I aim to offer a therapeutic space characterised by empathic listening, curiosity, and clinical clarity, where clients can reflect on their experiences, gain deeper self‑understanding, and cultivate more adaptive ways of relating to themselves and others.
My approach emphasises the importance of the therapeutic relationship as a foundation for change, alongside careful attention to the unconscious dynamics that contribute to suffering. I am committed to ongoing professional development and integrating contemporary psychodynamic insights with clinical sensitivity. I strive to support each individual’s process toward greater emotional regulation, resilience, and psychological integration, helping them transform insight into meaningful, lasting change.
