About me
I was born and raised in Portugal. I studied psychology and did a master degree in clinical psychology with a systemic approach. I also did a post graduation course in political science and international relations. I truly believe in the benefits of enriching knowledge through different areas of expertise. I've participated in several volunteer projects, in Portugal and abroad, since I'm 18 years old. Since I've graduated, I've been working in the humanitarian sector with a refugees and asylum seekers. I'm also the co-founder of HuBB-Humans Before Borders, a platform for action against inhumane and illegal treatment of migrants and refugees.
I am currently working with the LGBTQIA+ association ILGA, and as part of the team of Luana Cunha Ferreira, offering individual and couples therapy.

I have a personal experience with burn out and anxiety which helped me a lot to develop my understanding on this matters. I wish to create an open and inclusive space where you can express yourself freely and we can work together towards your needs. My approach as been a systemic one. I'm also doing different online courses to deepen my knowledge.
