I believe in, study, and observe the transformative power of therapy daily: to grow, alleviate suffering, and improve the quality of our relationships and lives. I am dedicated and resilient, so you can count on me.
I strive to stay scientifically up to date, while ensuring that you feel welcomed, valued, and able to find a safe space to be heard, to better understand yourself, and to foster internal resources.
✔️This process seeks to promote improvements in the quality of your relationships with others and with yourself, ultimately helping to relieve suffering, support personal growth and improve quality of life.
🧠One of my areas of specialized training is clinical hypnosis, a technique and therapeutic tool used to work with emotions, internal conflicts, and the unconscious.
✔️Beyond psychology, I am a certified yoga teacher, having completed my training in India. This certification included training in Pranayama (conscious breathing techniques) and meditation. This experience provides me with valuable skills for my therapeutic practice, including in-depth knowledge of mindfulness techniques and cultural competence, allowing me to better adapt to and support clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.
💭If you’re interested in working together, feel free to reach out. I’d be happy to schedule an introductory meeting so we can get to know each other and explore what you’re looking for. Together, we will explore the challenges you face and work collaboratively to improve your quality of life.
My intervention is based on scientific evidence, and my practice is integrative: I adapt it to your individual needs in order to help you better understand yourself and your difficulties, and to provide tools and strategies to live a healthier, more fulfilling, and well-adjusted life. I value a therapeutic relationship based on empathy, respect, and non-judgment, where you can feel heard and supported.
I believe that everyone has the capacity to grow and thrive when given the right support, and I’m here to accompany you on that journey.
