About me
I am a professional coach (ACC credential holder with a PCC training accredited by the ICF, International Coaching Federation) and a certified art therapist (trained in France).
With a background as a humanitarian worker and diplomat, I have extensive experience in high-stake work environments including ministerial cabinets, crisis situations and conflict zones.
Having lived as an expatriate in several continents, I bring a multicultural perspective to my practice. Based in Lisbon since 2019, I run a private practice offering individual coaching and art therapy sessions, as well as regular group art therapy workshops for adults and children. I also offer on-line sessions in both coaching and art therapy.

As a professional coach, I abide by the standards, ethics and methods of the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
