I hold a degree in Psychology and have been working for over a decade in the field of mental health and emotional well-being. My professional path includes research experience, public speaking, and the facilitation of study groups, courses, and workshops related to mental health, embodiment, creativity, and migration. I also offer therapeutic groups, and if this type of process interests you, send me a message to know more details and which groups are currently open for registration.
As a therapist, I’m particularly interested in supporting people through life transitions, inner conflicts, or complex emotional experiences that may not always be easy to name. Having gone through the migration process myself, I bring both personal and professional insight into how it can affect identity, relationships, and a sense of belonging.
My therapeutic approach is warm, collaborative, and integrative, with a foundation in Jungian perspectives and during my sessions I aim to create a safe, attuned, and culturally sensitive therapeutic space. My work values the symbolic dimension of experience, exploring dreams, inner images, and unconscious patterns as meaningful guides in personal growth and transformation.
Throughout my practice, I’ve noticed that some people need a safe space with guidance to work through specific situations, rather than engaging in a long-term therapeutic process. So, if you’re looking for brief therapy focused on a particular issue, we can work together in that way too.
I work mainly with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, career transitions, and identity issues — particularly in the context of migration or cultural displacement. When aligned with the client’s interest and needs, I integrate arts-based resources. These creative tools are never imposed, but can offer rich pathways to expression and transformation. Whether in individual or group work, I aim to support each person in cultivating a deeper relationship with themselves and with life.
I also offer supervision for fellow therapists.
