I support international individuals and couples navigating repeated conflict, emotional disconnection, relocation, and the transition to parenthood. Sessions in English, French, and Russian.
Relationships can become especially strained when a couple is living between cultures, relocating, or adjusting to parenthood.
I work with international and intercultural couples who feel caught in repeated conflict, emotionally disconnected, or unable to communicate without hurting one another.
I also support individuals experiencing relationship difficulties, emotional overwhelm, relocation, identity changes, and major life transitions. I have provided psychological support since 2016. Before entering private practice, I worked in management consulting, including at Bain & Company, which informs my understanding of responsibility, burnout, and demanding professional environments.
Having lived in Russia, France, the UK, Portugal, and now Australia, I understand personally how relocation and cultural change can affect identity, relationships, and family life. I am currently based in Australia and continue to work online with clients in Portugal and internationally.
Sessions are available in English, French, and Russian.
I work in a warm, grounded, and direct relational way, informed by Gestalt and relationship psychotherapy.
In couples therapy, I do not look for the person who is “right”. We slow down the conflict, identify the recurring cycle, and make space for what each partner is trying to communicate or protect.
With individuals, we explore present emotions, relationship patterns, and how earlier experiences may shape current choices. The first session is an opportunity to understand your situation, clarify what you want from therapy, and see whether working together feels right.
I have provided psychological support since 2016, working in private practice with individuals, couples, and groups from diverse cultural backgrounds.
My current practice focuses on relationship dynamics, repeated conflict, emotional regulation, intercultural relationships, relocation, the transition to parenthood, and burnout. I work online in English, French, and Russian and receive regular professional supervision.
Before moving into psychotherapy, I spent approximately 15 years in management consulting and business environments, including at Bain & Company. This experience informs my understanding of responsibility, professional pressure, leadership challenges, and burnout.
