About me
I’m a business coach (PCC by International Coaching Federation) and organizational consultant based in Lisbon. I work with business professionals in transition - new into leadership roles or entrepreneurship, founders scaling up and senior managers facing complex team or role challenges. Typical topics include team leadership, remote management, overload, decision paralysis, lack of clarity and navigating authority or peer dynamics.
My clients mainly come from tech, IT and finance - fast-paced environments where emotional intelligence is a performance factor. I help them uncover hidden emotional patterns that shape leadership, communication and decision-making, so they can lead with clarity and reach their goals.
My approach blends the speed and structure of ICF coaching with the systemic and psychodynamic depth that enables lasting change. With vast business experience and degrees in business psychology and economics, I bring both structure and psychological precision to every session.
Clients describe me as analytical, direct and deeply attuned. My style is shaped by striving for depth and structure, interest in leadership and entrepreneurship (I studied these topics in my academic work), 15 years in senior business roles in high-stake environments (financial markets, sales) and multiple transitions in life (between roles, professions and countries).

Approach
Our work in 1-1 psychodynamic coaching usually unfolds in two stages:
- Deep exploration (3-5 sessions): we look beneath the surface of your current challenge to reveal patterns, emotions and blind spots that block change.
- Structural coaching: we translate insights into concrete goals, strategies and new behaviours that bring measurable results. I may offer you diagnostic tasks or reflective exercises between sessions to deepen understanding and accelerate progress. Most clients notice tangible progress within 10–15 sessions.
Beyond individual work, I consult teams and organisations on issues like low engagement, unclear communication, emotional friction that limits performance. Using psychodynamic diagnostics and targeted team interventions, I help teams shift their emotional climate, strengthen maturity, and co-create new interaction patterns, leading to higher energy, trust and performance.
