We are wired for connection, and our closest relationships often become the place where pain and healing meet. Many patterns that create distance, conflict, anxiety, or shutdown today once developed as ways to protect us.
I offer an experiential, integrative approach grounded in empathy, attunement, and genuine human connection. Together, we explore not only thoughts and insight, but also what is happening in the present moment — in emotions, the body, attachment patterns, and the therapeutic relationship itself.
For individuals, therapy can help soften old coping patterns, heal trauma, strengthen boundaries, improve self-regulation, and create greater self-worth, vitality, meaning, and a stronger sense of agency — allowing you to lead your life from a place of inner connection.
For couples, I help partners understand and recognize the automatic negative cycle that once developed to protect them, yet now keeps them distant, reactive, and stuck in pain or frustration. Together, we reduce reactivity, improve communication, and create new experiences of vulnerability, safety, softness, closeness, and trust — learning how to build a more secure, loving, and resilient bond.
My work integrates attachment-based psychotherapy, Hakomi Mindful Somatic Psychotherapy, Somatic Experiencing, and other contemporary approaches.
